Review content:
I accidently left my cell phone in the cab and called yellow cab about 3 minutes after realizing what had happened. They were so unhelpful and kept promising to call me back but never did. The people were morons, they kept putting me on hold and a different person would pick up eachtime, I spoke with about 5 different people (probably from the same office), I take cabs frequently but this very frustrating incident made me buy a bike and take the bus. I will never use this company again.
