Our boss treated us to lunch this past Friday 02/05/2010. And we mistakenly chose the Falafal King. My co-worker ordered a falafal pita sandwich and I ordered a gyro with falafal on the side. When I opened mine up I saw that it was the wrong order. I called and was told to ""bring the pita sandwich back so they could look at it"". I responed that I don't get off from work until 5 PM. My co-worker meanwhile did not like what she had chosen. At 5 we headed over to the Falafak King on Co Blvd with her 1/2 eaten sandwich and my wrong sandwich as proof that the gyro sandwich I had ordered was not eaten. The manager was completely unreasonable and rude. He was yellling at us and my co-worker was yelling right back. He finally refunded 5.25 for the wrong order, no taxes paid back. My advice go to Pete's it's the best Greek food in town and the customer service is AWESOME!! BEWARE OF FALAFAL KING!!!
Cons: RUDE, VERBALLY ABUSIVE & CHEAP!!
