Review content:
When you walk in the door they will treat you like a best friend, but once you're a patient (and they're getting money from your insurance) it is nearly impossible to get an appointment at a decent time. The staff starts 'forgetting' callbacks, are rude, and are lack basic personal skills. Dr. Zieman is well past his retirement age because his work is substandard. Don't expect answers because the staff and doctors are elitist and just expect you to listen to them rather than taking the time to provide an explanation for treatment, or address follow-up concerns about the treatment. Search elsewhere for a doctor.
Pros: Decent magazines in waiting room.
Cons: Treat you like a paycheck, not a patient.
