Review content:
We have had a horrible experience. We only needed a spring replaced on our garage door. They did not have one in stock and it took nearly 2 weeks for them to get one. As it was being ""fixed"" other problems mysteriously started happening. The tech asked how long the door had been acting that way & when we told him that it had never done that before, he essentially called us liars! We were only able to use the door one time before it broke. After promising to come fix it the next day, he never showed up. The tech cashed our check the morning after we complained & now refuses to answer or return our phone calls. Calls to the main office go to an ""answering service"" that appears to do nothing when problems are reported & will not allow us to contact the owner/manager to resolve this issue.
