So the oldest (25 yo) comes home from dropping her child off at daycare and she is crying. I am informed by her, and my 14 yo boy who was with her, that Heidi (the owner operator) decided it was necessary to scream at her, the mother of my grandchild....and did so in front of staff, other parents, and children. This confrontation was provoked as a result of Heidi being upset at the fact that the state pays for some of the grandchild's daycare because his mother falls within a certain income bracket... At any rate, the voucher was a real source of contention with Heidi as was social and economic standing, marital status, and age.
