Review content:
The sushi bar section at Benihana (Bethesda) is quite small. The rumor is that they plan on moving to a larger space Fall 2003. However, for $20 per person, you can order as much sushi as you like for as long as you're hungry. Unlike the traditional ""sushi buffet"" at most other restaurants, which offers a limited number of rolls that you must stand in line to acquire, Behihana lets you place as many individual orders as you prefer and keeps the food coming. The chefs are very professional and the sushi is a world apart from the typical Japanese steakhouse. More fish and more imagination. We have been customers for a year and have come to crave this fine dining experience.
Pros: Good chef, Unlimited sushi, No skimping on fish
Cons: Small space for sushi, More area for Hibachi
