I had a terrible experience. I went in in march for my bridesmaids, the woman who helped us was great, i felt great about the dresses and ther service...and thats where it ended. I was told the dresses would arrive in june, in june i was told august, in august i was told september, in september i was told by the 14th I finally got them the 18th. two of my bridesmaids were able to get their dresses altered the other had called and emailed, getting no response so she decided to go down on a staurday keep in mind this is TWO weeks before my wedding and the shop was CLOSED on Saturday, she may have known that had they returned her calls?! The first time I called in spetember i was explaining to the woman all the wrong dates i was given and she said ""CALM DOWN, YOU HAVE OTHER THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT."" ummm no I dont and I wasnt even upset at the time. I just called this morning to speak with a manager to let her know of my experience, I am pretty sure its the same woman who told me to calm down, and she again was rude and condscending but with a very sweet voice hoping to cover up her rudeness. AVOID THIS SHOP! we had much better results at amanda richie on joppa road!
