We think as everyone else today we where very skeptical in hiring a moving company, because our last experience wasn?t great, but from the moment we received your phone call to our inquiry to move our loft to the minute the crew left to move our stuff in storage and the new place, we knew what was going on. Flat Rate stayed in great communication via email and phone about our inventory list and move date. Everything happened exactly as it was scheduled. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, helpful, courteous and well-informed. Joseph (Foreman), Jose M. and Abundio were polite and courteous. They worked fast, but took care and caution with our valuables. When they unloaded our things at the delivery destinations, the crew was on time and super fast! I loved Flat Rate and would go with them again, no doubts! Moving is never fun or easy, but this is absolutely as good as it gets. We would absolutely use Flat Rate again and we would (and have already) recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you a lot! Great job!!
