Dear Alexandra2010,
Please accept this response as an invitation to allow me to resolve your recent concerns. As one of three siblings leading Zona, the perception of our guests is very personal to my brother, sister, and myself. Where we fall short, we want to get it resolved.
Since your review seems to emphasize price and the communication of prices, I feel it is necessary to point out that our prices are posted, but are limited by what gets decided upon behind the chair between guest and stylist. It sounds like we may not have been thorough in our consultation and I welcome the opportunity to learn more and resolve that for you. However, since this is a public forum, I need to point out that our prices are fair and at no time based on geography or accolades.
I appreciate your concerns and hope to have the chance to demonstrate our commitment to the personal touch. Please contact me and let us try to increase your future rating!
