I've been going to this salon for a number of years. I would recommend to anyone. I started going because the woman at the desk offered me a complimentary wash and blowdry to try them out!. Just ask, they want people to try them out. You will be hooked from the start. A very customer focused salon and will make an appointment work with their group of stylists, even if you show up late (as I have a habit of doing). They just went Aveda concept which is great since I love Aveda and can get all the products I love. They also particpate in the Pure Privilege program which a client gets points for everything purchased. Also..... Tiffany gives the most unbelievable head, neck and shoulder massages after my appointment (usually before, but I rarely make it on time). Also... I received a hand massage while my color processed. Who needs the spa! Shelly is my primary stylist. Professional, poised and makes sure I walk out with the most flattering cut for my face and the foils that I get are beautiful. She really listens to what I want and what I will keep up with. When I want something I won't maintain... she tells it to me straight and is usually right.
