Living in Manhattan, I have moved many times and had several bad experiences. That is part of the reason why it was so great to find a quality company like moveourstuff. This company has great quality control and professional, courteous service. The supervisor that was assigned to my move was a seasoned veteran who mad sure my move was executed efficiently and safely. He explained to me that after the move there would be a post-move survey, and the results of that survey would directly impact his compensation. That is probably why the move was executed so efficiently. About 5 days after the move, the office called me to conduct that survey, to which I gave a very high score. The person in the office said they would give me a $25 to $50 referral check for every move I referred to them. I would have referred them anyway. I am definitely going to refer any friends, family members, and colleagues to this company. If other moving companies had a similar post-move evaluation compensation for their movers, the moving industry would have a much better reputation.
