Review content:
We had asked if they did free estimates and were told they would be in the area and could give an estimate to repair or replace an outdoor central a/c unit. They showed up before the schedule time, left and came back when called. Then after 7 months they sent a bill for an 'inspection' and the '2' trips they had to take. No inspection was ever asked for and if you show up early and leave that is not cause to charge someone else for your time. We had 2 other estimate already and only wanted a third if we were told that they were going to charge for whatever they felt like doing we would have made another choice. We had no problems with anyone else providing estimates. We never authorized any work, inclusive of their imaginary inspection which involved 15 minutes including receiving their findings from the original owner. After a brief conversation I offered to pay half of the ridiculous $120 bill for the time they did take. The response that I received was nothing short of a threat. I was told that if I did not pay they would trash my credit . The people are unreasonable and nothing more than thieves and bullies trying to make a buck under false pretenses.
