Review content:
I know this place has a lot of good reviews but I have been there a whole bunch of times trying to give them chance after chance after chance to get it better next time. I like bumble and bumble so hair salons that carry that I give extra chances to. Their hair cuts are alright but if I'm going to spend over $60 for just a trim, I better get some great service. Only once did they actually style my hair afterwards. Once I could tell the woman wanted to leave for the day and another time the guy was overbooked with two clients waiting. I even asked the lady to cut a certain part of my hair because it was awkward from the last time she cut it and she said no! So it's not that the cuts are horrible or anything (nothing to jump for joy over either) but I believe that if I'm spending all this money for a haircut I shouldn't have to turn the straightening iron on right when I get home. I'd expect that from supercuts. So yea they might serve coffee and give you robs but the end result is a good hairstyle. These guys have to get their scheduling and priorities in order.
Pros: Free wine on Thursday nights
Cons: Feel like you want to put a hat on for the walk home to your straightening iron.
