My hairstylist was very friendly, listened to me, and said what she was going to do. Something was lost in that verbal exchange, though, because my idea of what I wanted and her idea of what I wanted were two completely different things. I will say that I definitely brought in too many pictures of too many different styles (probably helped with the confusion). She cuts my hair to right below my shoulders (fine) but then gives me side fringe that looks like bangs in the awkward stages of growing out. Then, as she's blowing out my hair, I have to stop her from flipping up my ends. I'm annoyed because I spent over 50 bucks to basically grow out my bangs and use bobby pins and headbands for the next month and it was definitely not the look I was going for (or anyone would go for). Pros: super friendly, inexpensive Cons: very boston, not innovative
