Review content:
We have used Mr. Dunn???s services on several projects and have had a lot of problems with the quality of his work and his service. He replaced a kitchen faucet and sink disposal for us initially, both of which ended up having issues. Later, he was supposed to install a toilet for us and did not show up or call as promised. When he did he ended up failing to seat it properly so it wobbles. He improperly installed a hot water heater, causing it to be damaged and in need of replacement. We demanded he replace it that week with a new one. The exhaust pipe for the second installation was not adequate. It was venting fumes and becoming so hot that it melted plastic fittings on its top and very well could have caused a fire or explosion. The vent on the water heater was eventually repaired by our heating/cooling technician by bringing it up to code. We also discovered that a large hole in the wall was left behind when the water heater drain was installed. Mr. Dunn???s work is shoddy to the point of being dangerous. We wish we had spent a little more time to hire someone more professional for these jobs. We have since found a reputable plumber.
