Saturday night was my first experience with Ruth's Chris. I will not return to that location. It was a loud atmosphere the server was very fast speaking and acted almost if he was trying to rush us. I called almost a week in advance to make reservations for our prom night. It was only after I mentioned calling Sulivan's did they ""fit me in"". I got the time I wanted. the day of my reservation May 9 2009, i called and asked if I could add two more. The lady on the other end kindly said yes. I asked if it would affect our time and if we needed to show up later, and I was told no it would be okay. Well it was not, I did not mind standing and waiting but my girlfriend and the girl were in heels and long prom dresses. After near thirty minutes of waiting we finally were sat IN A BOOTH. Girls with prom dresses cannot slide into a booth. After a few minutes of looking at the menu our waiter came and told us the history of Ruth's Chris and every fact i could care less about. After being rushed to order everything else was okay. The food was superb but the layout of the building left me feeling cramped. I will not write off Ruth's Chris because I feel that other locations can do it better. But because of that evening I will continue to patron Sulivan's. The food was excellent but I am not sure that everything else was up to par for those prices.
Pros: Quality of food, valet parking, and the service
Cons: Size of the restaurant, and where we were sat.
