Review content:
On my first visit was promised services in a timely manner. Not only did Thimbles not have my work done on time, but it was done incorrectly and I was overcharged. On my second visit (anyone can make a mistake, right) I encountered, without a doubt, the most arrogant sales person I have ever met. She was so busy dazzling me with her condescenion that she failed to listen and comprehend what I requested. When my garment was deemed ""ready"", it was not as requested. The mistake was theirs and should have been caught, even by a novice, much less an expert. Instead of admitting their mistake, the sales woman and, who I assume was the owner, blamed me in a very patronizing way. Apparently they leave the patron our of patronizing. Hubris lives in Birmingham. Guess I will make my next visit to Smocking Bird.
