I highly recommend Lisa for your insurance agent. I had just added my 16 year old son to our auto policy and my current insurance JUMPED considerably. In 15 years with my old agent I never heard from him. He never returned phone calls and they never took the time to see if I needed to make any changes. I was referred to Lisa Copeland from a mutual friend. I called Lisa for a quote, and she and her staff not only responded immediately, but they saved me several hundred dollars a year! She is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely considerate. She took the time to explain all the coverage to me so I knew what I had and what I needed. Insurance can be so confusing, but she made me understand. She schedules a follow up with me before my renewal to make sure I have the coverage I need. Lisa is the best!
