I have used Betten Chevrolet for both service and purchasing a new vehicle. It has been my experience the service department is as lousy as one gets not only in mechanics but in customer service. The service advisors are under educated on the vehicles and could care less about return business. The new car sales division is just as bad. All they care about is getting your money one time then you are no good to them. I will never do any type of business with Betten Chevrolet or any dealership that has any connection to the Betten name. If you want to be used and abused and left hanging to dry this is the place to go. If you want a reputable dealer that stands behind thier product then stay away from any Betten...
