I recently visited Mezzaluna with a group of seven people. All of my friends were from out of town and, since I had been there before and loved the experience, I recommended we go to Mezzaluna. Big mistake. Because we were in a group of seven, the waiter's gratuity was included in the tip. I'm not sure if that was the major contributing factor to our bad experience or not, but he proceded to ignore our table, including clearing plates and requesting refills, throughout the entire evening. It took nearly one hour to receive our food and we only received refills on our drinks after asking to speak to the manager. The manager did buy a round of drinks for the table, but that did little to make up for the poor service. My best advice would be, if you have a group of more than six, go someplace else. Pros: good atmosphere
