Review content:
As a renter at Cana Apartments in Noblesville, IN, let me advise those who are considering moving in that from my own personal experience, having resided here a little over a year, I can tell you that the ""Odels,"" Managers/Landlords, are not the people I had previously thought. The conditions here at Cana are less than desirable, especially for the amount of rent a tenent is required to pay. The apartments are run down and continue to have problems due to lack of care or concern. Tenents are treated without regard for respect, especially the elderly and disabled. Although I have seen worse, Cana Apts. remain unkept and for the most part, dirty. Since I have been here I have had to deal with my bathroom ceiling caving in due to a water leak from the apartment above. I reported the tenative condition to Mr. Odel yet nothing was done until the plaster literally fell from the ceiling, and then it took two weeks to repair. I, along with other tenents, have complained about the faulty, out-dated windows that rattle, allowing the cold air to penetrate into the various rooms, the abundace of spiders (and other strange insects) that seem to invade each apartment, crawling up from the dingy, dank beasment below, the unnecessary high cost of the electric bill, tired old furnances, disposals that dont work, sewer problems, etc. etc. Pros: Quiet, serene. Cons: Lack of upkeep, old and failing conditions, landlord neglegence, ridiculos rent.
