Review content:
I used to enjoy this place quite a bit years ago, but had a pretty bad experience today. Went and ordered a cheese-steak for dine in, then waited for 20 min, the girl that took our order then came and said that our ticket had been lost, so she retook our order. OK thats fine, sh*t happens, I understand. But there were a few key points that made the situation unacceptable. First, 4 people who arrived after us received there orders before our allegedly ""lost ticket"" was realized. Then our re-order ticket was put in the back of the line, so 3 more people, who arrived after us, received their orders before we did. When it was all said and done we had waited 45 min for two cheese-steaks, and they were really not that busy I believe that we were discriminated against because I failed to tip when we bought our sandwiches. The girl at the counter was in the back talking to the cook for most of our wait, and was very unfriendly the rest of the time. I won't return to this place again, the sandwiches were very mediocre also. Next time I'll go to South Philly Cheasesteaks.
Cons: SLOW service, bad customer relations
