I called Hortons Tree Service and was told someone would be able to come to my house in one to three days to give me an estimate. Since there were only certain trees I wanted trimmed, I asked for them to call ahead of time so Id be sure to be home. When the third day came and I hadnt heard from them, I called their office that morning and was told the estimates had gone out for the day and I should have already heard from one of their employees. I was then told someone would be by my house that afternoon. I stayed home all day and no one came by.
