I am a mother of four daughters, and although this store has a wide variety of special event dresses for girls, I will never shop here again. We pre-purchased two dresses from this establishment. When the dresses arrived, we went to try them on. One of the dresses did not fit my 12-year-old daughter and my money was returned. I received a phone call from the owner minutes later stating my daughter had left the dress with a foul scent. He indicated that since the dress was left in that condition, that the other dress ordered was no longer available for pick-up nor was I going to get a refund for the second dress. 1. My daughter did not have any foul odor. 2. The dress was not left with any visible stains. 3. She had the dress on a total of 10 minutes. Essentially, the owner has ""stolen"" from me, I have paid for a dress that I do not have in my possession. There is not a policy posted that states that if you try on a dress and it is not in a good condition that you have to purchase it. He has no concept of customer service or loyalty of his customers. As indicated, I have four daughters, I have been a customer of this business for 10 years, my oldest daughter modeled one of his dresses in an expo in October 2008 and this is how he treats me. He indicated to me that he does not need ""my type"" of business. He has no right to treat anyone in this manner.
