Review content:
I expected to hear bad news when I took my 16-month-old son in to have his eyes checked but what I did not expect was a completely cold reception by the doctor. He did not explain why my son got the diagnosis he did, how he came to that conclusion, what that meant for my son and was not sympathetic to what this news meant for ours and our son's life. I was very disappointed. He may be good and have awards, but nothing makes up for lack of good communication with patients and their families. I will be going somewhere else where my inherent questions are answered without great probing and we're treated with respect.
Pros: High tech gear really get the kiddos to do what they need
Cons: Poor bedside manner and communication with patient
