Review content:
I was Rosemont's first resident. Me and my two kids lived there for two weeks by ourselves when they were first built. It was a great atmosphere. When they moved in a neighbor above us that made noise at all hours, loud music and wild parties, they did what they had to and evicted that resident. They were right on top of things. It wasn't until they started renting to a bunch of college brats that it started to go down hill. Yes, we went through two managers when I was there, but they were very responsive. I spent plenty of time in the office and yes, if you are an annoying tenant or rude, they do tend to put you on the back burner. May not be good customer service, but I can't blame them. People can be so rude sometimes....I would move back. It's a lot better than some of those other run down apartments there...
Pros: Clean, floor plans, parking and spacious!
Cons: Neighbors, but you're gonna have that in apartments! Come on people!
