Seriously, please pay attention. This gym only wants your money and will continue to charge your credit card even after you cancel your membership, even after you have completed your membership contract. This gym may be cheap to join but you must read the fine print. Buyer beware. You cannot cancel your membership until you send by registered mail and return receipt to the location and then you have to pay for an additional 30 days after they receive such notice. Ok, rules are rules...But they fine you for late payments or even credit card issues even when it is not your fault and never, I mean never, do they have a manager on hand to help you. They always ask you to call back next Monday hoping you will forget. They are mad shady and really don't care about you. Dolphin Fitness would rather you NOT work out at their gym but would LOVE to continually charge fees to your credit card. That seems the only way they can make money maybe, by scamming members of their hard earned money and pretending they are lower in monthly cost to other gyms. But they do get you in other ways, extra fees! They LOVE to charge your credit card more than what your monthly membership fee is. They do not reconcile charges with you either. This has happened more than once as well. And we were NEVER refunded the extra charges even when they agreed to refund the money. Once they have their money they DO NOT care about you. Remember this! And don't say no one warned you about this business. Who wants to be a member of a gym like this? If you want to be robbed multiple times, look no further than Dolphin Fitness.
