Review content:
The hotel is in a good location and has a young and hip feel. However, I think they forget the details for the young and hip. First, they have the WORST room service of any hotel I have stayed at. My boyfriend and I were there for a long holiday, we like to use room service. Not only is it VERY slow their selection of menu is awful and they close by 11 pm. After 11 you can get ""a turkey sandwhich, a ham sandwhich or a salad"" which is literally what they said. Otherwise, you can order Chinese into your room...which their food wasn't bad. But we were shocked that at a 4.5 start hotel we had to order in Chinese food!!! The staff is very snobby and aren't willing to go the extra mile to help. I probably won't stay there again, I think it's a waste of money to stay at such a nice place with the disappointing customer service.
