Businiess name:  Waterfalls Car Wash of Naples
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
My car was washed many times very nicely until one day the manager approached me to tell me that my custom, enamel plastic tire cover was obviously defective as it FELL OFF MY 4 wheel drive car designed by Toyota racing for the harshest of off road driving and was run over by the car behind my car in the main car wash. This manager offered to pay half only, and I have him in small claims court. I highly advise that you think twice before washing you car at any car wash that does not reimburse you for the damage they do to your car as you will end up in small claims court like me. I believe my pristine tire cover on my pristine car should not have fallen off in an ordinary car wash, but it is the fact that the line was not stopped and there is no one I can find in government that certifies these car washes. I do not like the callous way this car wash handled a previously good customers complaint and required litigation. I ask what if it were a small child hiding in a car and the line was not stopped? People are killed by these washes and this one obviously doesn't care about their customers. Avoid this car wash like the plague!
