I am very very upset with this salon! I had my 14 year old daughter an appointment to get her hair tipped with pink. SHe went in to have it done and although the tips were about 5 inches long instead of one that isn't my complaint that she can deal with it will grow out. My problem is she was quoted a price of approximately 30 dollars when we called in and when she got to the desk to pay they charged her double that! I wouldn't have argued the 60 dollars had that been what was quoted but it wasn't, And when I called to complain I was told that to their knowledge she was never quoted any price. I myself heard this quote as she was on speakerphone when she called for a price and appointment. I feel they took advantage of the fact that she is a 14 year old and doesn't know to argue when over charged.
