I have the greatest respect for sales rep Brad Cosand and owner Bill Barton of Tucson CA Closet. They exhibit unsurpassed integrity in their work and commitment to customer service. I requested a custom made wall bed using an ecofriendly product I found from another vender. CA Closet accepted the work and guaranteed installation. The product I requested warped within a month of installation. Brad had followed up on the installation and notice the warping. He immediately took responsibility, called the vender, work closely with the vender on how to prepare the product for the Tucson environment, obtain new materials, redid the installation ?ALL in a timely manner. I did not have to say or do a thing AND it did not cost one cent more! Integrity, customer service ?I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
