TERRIBLE, ROTTEN, AWFUL COMPANY. I stayed at Rosewood Hotel this past weekend and through the hotel, I used a babysitter for two days. The company has an absurd policy in which they won't allow the babysitters to give the parents their contact information (because they are afraid that the parents will use the babysitters directly and cut the company out of their fees) and they don't give the babysitters any contact information for the parents! My baby is only 10 months old, so she is not able to communicate if something is wrong. I found out on the second day that the babysitter did not have our contact information and that she wouldn't give me her information. I was about to leave the babysitter alone in the hotel room and then luckily found out this information. When I called the company to ask them about their policy, and to point out that the main concern should be with the CHILD and the CHILD'S SAFETY, they were very rude and flip with me and kept telling me it was company policy and that they had many ""high profile"" clients who did not want their contact info given out. They said I should call the hotel if I wanted to contact the babysitter, and the babysitter should contact the agency if something was wrong with the baby. As everyone knows, when there is an emergency, every second counts and if some babysitter spends a minute or two trying to contact someone else who has to then find the parent's phone number to reach me, the baby is the one who suffers and could possibly die if choking. I asked them simply to let the babysitters tell the parents that the agency does not give out the parent's contact information to them, and they kept saying that it was not their policy and that I was wrong to assume that the babysitter had my contact information! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY CAN EXIST WITH THEIR ABSURD, DANGEROUS POLICIES. I HOPE NO ONE USES THIS COMPANY.
