To start off with, I only made this city search account to write this review and save you the time. I also wish I had read the reviews before doing business with this company.
The customer service here is horrible, the lady i don't know her name I guess it's Dede or something is so rude. Everytime I called trying to check on my order she was very rude, and even hung up on me when I was trying to make the payment. They don't work with their customers at all, I tried to see if we could have our items done earlier and she just plainly said ""NO"" in a very rude way, never dealt with someone like this. On the day we were going to pick up our items she didn't answer the phone at all I tried calling various times and even left voicemails but Nothing! I thought she was just having a bad day but after seeing the reviews turns out she just is a rude person... & not to mention when our driver picked up our order she was just rude...if she doesn't change she'll loose many customers. They lost us for sure, never doing business here again.
