I've been going to the Chinese restaurant in the same strip mall since I moved to the Twin-Cities 3 years ago, and always wondered about ""Truffles and Tortes"" each time I passed it. Finally, after a few months I decided on a whim to walk in and see what it was about. I tried, as recommended, the ""Concerto"", and I kid you not, dessert has never been the same for me. I have been there at least once every few weeks since, and have tried almost everything in the case. The best has to be hands down the raspberry almond torte. Nothing compares to T&T! If it's not from there, it's not dessert!
