Review content:
We have been back and forth with American Arbors for 4 months now after the ""completion"" of our landscaping. There were several items that were in the contract and not completed to our satisfaction. We contracted with American Arbors to landscape our property on 3/19/07. They started work on 3/26/07 and completed on 4/6/07. They returned to complete a couple items but have failed to return and complete four items that remain, despite numerous attempts at communication with Cesar Beltran and Chuck Priebe, our contacts at the company. Our contract has been paid in full since late April 2007. They returned twice in late May and early June to treat the nutsedge with herbicide, but further applications are needed and we have received no communication from them since June 18, 2007. Pros: Original design was great Cons: Have not completed paid work, no customer service
