Review content:
When I moved out of The Reserve At the Fountains, I had a cleaning crew come in and clean the apartment to where it was ready to move in right then. Well 30days had passed and I didn't receive my deposit back, and then almost another 39days passed and I still didn't receive anything, so I called the Apartment complex to ask about my deposit and they gave me this B.S excuse saying that the apartment wasn't clean etc... That was a total lie on there part, just to keep my deposit!! They are a bunch of swindlers, so I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from them!! or be prepared to lose your deposit for no reason at all!!!
Cons: A Big Rip Off!!!!!
