Hired Bayou Construction in 2006 to replace my roof which they did. I recently found a spot in my ceiling, called them 7-10-09 and one of the workers showed up a day later and they said the ridge vent was put in wrong that they would have to silicone the ridge vent well they did and the next big rain I checked the ceiling and it was worse. I called Shane Wells the owner back and he said it was a temporary fix. He hawed around saying one time they needed to special order a vent and then he would come out to repair the ceiling. Day after day I call and no one shows he would say tomorrow then the next time I?d call he would say tomorrow. Now I keep playing tag and only one time did he return my call. I usually get him by chance. One message I left gave him till the end of the business day to return my call or I would report him to the BBBreau, Channel 2 on your side and who ever else I could. Then the more I researched, I found out he did not have a license.
Pros: Thought they did a good job
Cons: not good with repairs or calling back
