Review content:
The salesman upsold and misled my daughter saying all the new phones require internet and for just $9.99 per month you get unlimited access. He also said the phone has a $100 rebate. The truth is some phones do not require internet, and for $9.99/month you get just 25 megabites with each email visit being 1mb and each facebook access being 3mb. Additionally the rebate is only $50.00. I've called the phone number listed ALL day and only get a busy signal. By the way, I'm calling from my Verizon phone to a Verizon number and can't get the call to go through. Could there be a misunderstanding between my daughter and the sales man? Of course. But the problem is, this is what she understood the salesman to say about the phone and about the internet access. So be careful! Pros: close to UK Cons: misleading sales staff
