Bh79's comments below are pretty much ""spot-on"" for me concerning the lackadaisical staff. And after several years of going to Live Oak Counseling Center for my psychiatric needs, they play an instrumental role in why I'm leaving. The last couple of years, I've dreaded even calling to schedule an appointment because of the often curt and impersonable way I've been treated over the phone.
