Review content:
We took our toy poodle to Critter Cafe when we recently visited Marco Island. They butchered his haircut and told us he had ticks. We had treated our dog with Frontline before leaving home, so we suspect about the tick story. Our poodles body look like he had been scalped, yet the groomer had not cut anything on his head or feet. When we got home, our groomer and vet said there were no signs of ticks, but the dog had sores and bald spots on his body. We think they probably messed up his haircut and tried to hide it by shearing his body. We will never go back even though we go to Marco Island every year.
Cons: poor grooming, dishonest staff, bad business practice
