I have used Integrity once before to move me into a 5 floor walk-up (the 5th floor). I recently used them again to move out of the same apartment since I had such a great experience the first time. They should truly rename the company ""worry free movers"" as they make this so easy on the individual who is moving. They handled all of my boxes, bags, and furniture with the utmost care - everything that wasn't boxed up was wrapped up before it left the apartment. Friends of mine have had horror stories with other moving companies and I have never had a bad experience with these guys - my friends who have also used them have also had great experiences. This is a great deal for the rates that you pay, extremely reasonable. I would recommend these movers before anything else - my family was so glad that I used them and didn't have to move me down 5 flights of stairs! They've got quite a system down on how to move people and it really does help for NYC apartments.
Pros: Great customer service, very delicate care of your personal effects, extremely reasonable prices
