My daughter is a cheerleader and we recently were scheduled for individual and team cheer pictures. Teams-N-Action was the photographer and it was obvious from the start they didn't know what they were doing. Each team/squad was given a different time to be photographed. Apparently Teams-N-Action could not keep up and we ended up waiting 45 minutes to get her individual picture done-not to mention an additional 30 minute wait on the team photo. Once I received half my order (several items were missing) I was horrified. The pictures looked like a 5 year old took them. There was no light on my daughter's face-she was completely in shadow (it was a very sunny day & we were outside). The magnet that I received read ""Fall 2007"" and it was the year 2009!! I've placed call after call to this place and no one EVER answers the phone. I emailed and received a response that they would redo my order but 2 weeks later I still don't have anything. Now I can't even get a response by email!! I paid good money for these pictures and they're not even good enough to put in a frame-you can't see my daughter's face!! All sporting coordinators beware-this place is not who you want doing your team's pictures!!
