The Navatek is an awesome boat for the ride, stable, quick, it can get to where the whales are, that many other boats leaving out of Waikiki dont have the speed or stability to get to. THey have a good naturalist program. However this is a really big, double decker boat, so you lose a personalism, you become ""just another tourist"" in a big sea of tourists. Their hours are not peak time for whale watching either, and its a relatively short ride, even though they do have speed. Price is right for the product. If you have little time to get to the better whale watching areas like the west coast of Oahu, are somewhat limited in movement or are very prone to seasickness, this is boat is a good choice.
Pros: stable, quick boat, good naturalist program
Cons: lots of other people, not a good whale watch area, short trip
