I got married two years ago. I purchased my wedding dress from a small shop right before they went out of business and needed to find a place to buy my bridesmaid dress. I have been in Wendy's bridal shop dozens of times looking and everytime I was in there I heard disturbing things. The staff was always very rude except for an associate by the name of Willie. She was amazing and always very nice. The only reason I ever came back was to work with her. While there with my bridesmaids one of the staff members was very rude and almost arguing with two of my girls. Later that day I called back and wanted to talk with the manager to complain about my service. When the phone was handed to the manager I recognized the voice and the women that I was calling to compain about was on the other end of the phone. I went ahead and told her how unhappy I was with the service and I was told, ""Well, I did not see a problem."" All I can say is Better Buisness Bureau!!!!!!! I think they should be ashamed of how they treat their costomers. This is one of the most happiest times of a persons life and what right do they have to ruin the fun of dress shopping. Well my sister just got engaged and I refuse to let her go there. Please pass the word! I think more people need to call the corporate office and let them know the service at Wendy's. I think the the company is losing alot of of buisness. P.S. If you MUST go there please ask for Willie. She is amazing!!!!!!
