I would not recommend these people. They ordered my mom's dress in the size too small. They told her she did not meet the criteria for the next size bigger even though she was over on her measurements. They stated ""the dress is lovely."" She left the store crying. Asked for owners number, and the store refused stating ""we don't have an owner."" Stated my mom should have tried a bra on with dress when she ordered it. She did, one of theirs. When trying on her dress they stated ""we could have given her a bra that looked much worse than the one she had on."" Stated in one conversation she was over measurements by 1/2 in. In another conversation, she was under measurements by 1/2 in. In another conversation she meet the measurements except her largest measurement put her in the next size, but it did not make sense to order that size. Plus, her largest measurement they said ""it was not their fault she was bigger there"" She did not know she wasn't getting the right size. Store stated it should have been discussed. Totally unsatisfied! Stated it's not their fault, and nothing else will be done to remedy the situation. Willie is the only person who actually cares at that store.
