Wendy's Bridal in dublin was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. I scheduled an appointment for a fitting and enjoyed my experience. However at the conclusion of my visit I asked if I could bring my mother in from out of town to see my desired gown, and they told me that we could stop in ""whenever"" to take a look. When my mother was in town we stopped in to see the gown- as they said we could- and they berratted me for not having an appointment (eventhough their window sign says walk-ins welcome) and refused to allow me to see the dress. I cried as they spoke to me in a very condescending manner which, being a professional, I did not appreciate. Finally, I returned after many months thinking they wouldn't remember the event and that I should give them another try...this time, a different woman lectured me about how ""you should know better than to come in here without an appointment"" and "" I can't imagine anyone would treat you like that""...turns out they had written a note on my card. It was ridiculous, I absolutely refuse to do business there...no one deserves to be treated like that! I am not a child, and have enough business sense to know that's poor service!
Pros: large selection of gowns
Cons: won't tell you designer of gowns, lies saying they are ""exclusive"" when they are not, RUDE service.
