Review content:
I thought is was important to write a review on My Crib because as a retail business owner I was appalled at the customer service. The first time I ever went there I was looking for maternity clothes. I wasn't greeted upon entering the store, never asked if I could be helped, and left without the owner ever acknowledging I was even there. I decided to give it one more shot to consign some of my maternity & baby clothes. Once again, I stood at the counter with three bags (and my daughter), for probably five minutes, waiting for the owner to finish her conversation with her friend; no ""hold on one moment, I'll be right with you"" or ""let me help this customer, can we finish our conversation later?"" to her friend. Honestly, I should have just walked out then. When I called to pick up my stuff, the owner seemed put off by the fact I still had a lot of items & that she would have to pull all of them off the sales floor, even saying, ""Oh, wow, you have a lot of stuff still here"" in a very irritated tone. I should have known to expect nothing when I went in the final time to pick my stuff up, but I gave the owner the benefit of a doubt. It took her a few minutes to come out from the back and when she did, she just looked at me without saying anything. I told her I was there to pick my items up and again she seemed put off. I honestly don't know how people who think this is an appropriate way to run a business are still around -- I would be so embarrassed if someone ever wrote a review like this about my store
