Jaimee from this company literally just left our apartment after shampooing our carpet and I just had to write them a review. He was so nice, helpful and professional. Most importantly, our carpet looks brand new and smells so good. Our carpet definitely needed that!
Jo Sullivan was also a pleasure to work with over the phone to set it up. He scheduled the cleaning when I was available and he was flexible with dates and times.
I had a large area rug that I had them clean and they picked it up a few days before they came to clean our carpets so that they could bring it back to us cleaned today. So convenient!
We spent $280 total for 2 rooms and a hallway plus the area rug. But by the way our carpet looks and smells, this was soooo worth it!!!
Pros: Great customer service; carpet smells and looks new
Cons: Not cheap - but worth it!
