This was the worst experience I have ever had! Natasha who is the owner did my hair. I had heard she was good, but apparently she was either having a bad day or just isn't top notch. She put highlights in my hair and left bleed marks. Some of the top and underneath made me look like a zebra. She smelt like smoke and for an owner had the trashiest outfit on. I was so appauled! While I was sitting in the chair...her and the other staff were trashing other guests that had been in the salon. They would make fun of everyone that walked by. This has got to be the most unprofessional group I have ever seen in a business. When you first walk in you think wow this place is beautiful...but the staff makes it look so ugly! I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE!!!!
