Going from 15 years of doing ""my own"" NATURAL hair, to this salon was a (personal) challenge. I did not know anyone; did not know if they had ""experience"" or if I'd even like the stylists personally. Now, that I've been a STEADY customer for 1.5 yrs, I'd not even consider going elsewhere. Let's start from the door: you are actually GREETED and not ignored....I had been told to sign in & sit down at other local salons. I am African American, and the shop is BI-lingual, so that helps as well. I went to another shop and I was the only person who could speak English. You can imagine how hard it was to explain what I wanted done. Third, the stylist not only ""styles"" your hair, but looks out and treats the OVERALL ""HEALTH"" of your scalp, and hair. Ladies, the conversation is good, the stylists are professional and the prices are EXCELLENT. I would recommend this shop to anyone, White, Latino, black, etc. I've lived in 4 states and have gone to numerous hair salons....this one ranks right along with a salon I frequented in the Bronx, NY. Way to go girls! I'll ALWAYS be a customer! -Kitty Kitty
